Project Description
This commercial fitout was undertaken in 2014 and was an extention to Kathmandu’s existing tenency in Coffs Central.
A large sales floor area, change rooms and extention to there existing store room were created to give this successful growing business more space to thrive in Coffs Central Shopping Centre in Coffs Harbour.
New walls, doors, lighting, electrical data and mechanical services were installed to service the new space. Kathmandu continued to trade throughout the fitout process so no loss of business was incurred.
A large air tight temporary wall was installed to separate the construction area and existing store to ensure dust and noise were not an issue to Kathmandu staff and customers.

A very successful project for all, this project was completed 4 days prior to the program date and minor defects were closed out prior to store opening to ensue no disruption to business.
