Project Description
This Commercial Fitout project was completed as part of the refurbishment on the new Coffs Central Shopping Centre in the heart of Coffs Harbour, it main feature is a full height frameless glass viewing window to capture the butchers completing the preparation of their top quality products, timber wall lining boards were installed and a custom made double glazed refrigerated display unit, sits at the front of the public sales and service area, in the back of house a new commercial cool room, benches, sinks, minces ect were installed to ensure all operational requirements were met.
Client Drivers / Brief
The client and team wanted a top Quality Commercial Fitout and an industry "wow factor" not scene before for a butchers Fitout in Coffs Harbour or on the Mid North Coast, Budget was an issue and was managed daily during the construction, to ensure costs did not increase above budget, this project required staging the new Fitout works to be in line with the base building works being completed by the centre that effected the rear part of the tenancy and services. This project was completed in approximately 5 weeks, the relocation was carried out over a weekend and night shifts, to ensure no trade was effected and it was business as usual come Monday morning.
