Project Description
Sanco completed this Commercial Fitout ion June 2012 in the newly refurbished Coffs Central Shopping Centre in Coffs Harbour, a smaller 50 Square meter floor plate meant a the design intent needed to maximise all possible floor and operating space. New plasterboard walls and ceilings were installed, a relocated Rolla shutter and custom built hardwood feature wall screen install also, feature timber cube wall panelling running the full length of the tenancy, gave the Fitout a relaxed feel. A rear store room / tea room was built to house the sink and washing machine area.
Five treatment rooms were created using a suspended curtain and rail system.
Client Drivers / Brief
Soft lighting and finishes were required to create the correct mood for the treatment and waiting rooms, budget was monitored closely during construction to ensure costs were kept to a minimum.

This commercial Fitout project was completed in a three week construction period and was handed over to the client on time and on budget, defect free.
