Project Description
This Commercial Fitout Project was completed by Sanco Projects on a Project Management appointment of behalf of Gowing Bros Limited, for Sensara, a well established high end ladies fashion retailer, for their newest store location on Harbour Drive within the newly modernised Coffs Harbour Central shopping complex on the Mid North Coast.
Design features wall paper, Herringbone pattern pre-finished timber flooring, adjustable racking system throughout, handmade feature pendant lights, custom copper faced joinery for point of sale.
Client Drivers / Brief
This new additional tenency for a well established Coffs Harbour female clothing retailer, was designed and finished to be clean and contemporary, while evoking distinct feminine touches, open plan floor area design, ensures ample room for the quality fashion items to be displayed. Quality inspired fittings and finishes were chosen to suit this brief. This project was completed to accelerated timeframes.
