Project Description
This Fitout of 117sqr metre new cafe and flower store, located on Harbour Drive within the recently revamped Coffs Central shopping centre, was completed on a Project Management appointment on behalf of Gowing Bros Limited.  Some feature components included, reclaimed brick bottle niche feature wall, lime washed hardwood floorboards and recessed feature chandelier with high ceiling bulkheads and full height shop front glazing.
Client Drivers / Brief
The design and finishes were selected in accordance with a French provincial style. Due the client relocating from other premises in Coffs Harbour, there was a comparatively short timeline for project completion. High quality fittings and surfaces were selected and installed to suit this busy cafe location.

A successful fit-out, meeting both project timelines and budgets, while exceeding client expectations, an enjoyable project with a very committed team and proactive hands on approach.
