Project Description
A New Store room light weight metal clad wall separating the existing store room area was constructed along with a new disabled toilet block, all services were modified and separated to allow strata title, upgrade fire services and new Fire Hose Reels were installed. A large section of the rear wall tilt up concrete panel was cut and removed , a large commercial grade roller door was install and a new concrete driveway area created to satify the new dual access requirements. The project was completed in approximately a 4 week construction period. Access to the area was available to the client at all time with multiple staging of the works to accomidate un hindered access for staff requiring access to the construction area and loading dock. OHS&E was managed at the highest level with the project reporting a perfect safety record with 0 injuries, 0 incidients.

Continuing uninterrupted operation of existing store room and loading dock, OH&S management and safety of staff, security to be maintained during construction.
