Project Description
This project consisted of the joining of three existing separate tenancies into the expansion of the existing DECCW space. Sanco Projects were appointed on contract to manage this Fit Out on behalf of Insight Projects Sydney. The project ran over a construction period of approximately 6 weeks and required coordination and programming of all trades, Demolition, Joinery, Floor finishes, compactus, Electrical, Mechanical, Partitions , ceilings and management of staff and furniture relocation just to name a few. Communication and coordination with the building managers and existing tenants was conducted daily to ensure the project ran Safely and caused minimum disruption during construction.

Tight timeframe due to relocation requirements, Quality, OHS&E, Building Security to be maintained at all times.
