Project Description
A 106sqm new-fit out for an established Coffs Harbour cafe, within the revitalised Coffs Central Shopping Centre. Beautifully polished concrete floor, cross cut tree trunk sections feature wall, feature wallpapered columns vinyl bench seating, timber veneer custom joinery with stone 40mm bench tops.
Client Drivers / Brief
This project was completed by Sanco Projects under a Project Management appointment on behalf of Gowings Bros. Extensive timber features were central to the design of this projects. As the client had relocated from a previous tenancy within the complex, it was required that this cafe fit-out be completed relatively quickly . The existing cafe is a known Coffs Harbour institution amongst the young and trendy, with the décor and finishes designed to withstand the wear and tear of a very popular and established cafe.
