Project Description
This Commercial Fitout Projects was completed by Sanco Projects as a Lump Sum appointment for the new Travelworld Tenancy within the newly refurbished Park Beach Plaza shopping centre in Coffs Harbour, the Fitout Project was completed in a four week period, some main design features include; frameless glass auto entry door and shop front, large joinery ceiling bulkheads reflecting a combination of vinyl plank and feature carpet tile floor design, a vibrant signage package was incorporated to bring this colourful tenancy to live, a very smart design, Â made the most of the back of house storage / office / tea room area to maximise this space
Client Drivers / Brief
Quality, style and budget were the drivers for the team on this project, numerous site inspections helped capture any issues as they arose so they could be address early resulting in a defect free handover for the client.
