Project Description
This Commercial Fitout for a new restaurant within the revitalised Coffs Central shopping complex was completed by Sanco Projects on Behalf of Gowing Bros Limited on a Project Management appointment. Major design features include a custom plywood 3D sawtooth wall feature panel, hundreds of individual bamboo Asian steamer a create a very individual bulkhead feature, polished concrete floors, vinyl graphics to wall and columns and a new interactive commercial kitchen and servery area.
Client Drivers / Brief
This new modern Asian fusion restaurant, was designed and finished to bring elements of the orient into a contemporary dining environments. Unique Asian inspired fittings and finishes were selected to suit this criteria. It was important that this project was completed to a fast-tracked timeline, to allow for trading over the busy Christmas and New Year period.
