Project Description
This project was managed over a 5 week construction period by Sanco Projects on behalf of Insight Projects Sydney in 2011, the tenancy space was approximately 165sqm located in a new building, this required installation of all new services required to complete the Fit out works, Mechanical, Electrical, Data, security, Ceilings and Partitions, floor finishes ,Glazing, Joinery ect, workstation were install into the newly created full height glass managers offices and interview rooms and a new staff kitchenette was installed in the rear of the tenancy.
Client Drivers / Brief
Handover dates were critical for the client to occupy the space on time, Quality, Safety and OH&S management for both staff inspecting site and the public, Budget was critical.
